The Troops Support McCain

According to Fox News, this video is the most popular election-related clip on YouTube, with more than 11 million views.

The individual message seems to reflect the overwhelming view of every branch of the U.S. military, active-duty and veterans. They trust John McCain on the issues. They trust John McCain to keep our families safe, and to act in their best interests.

For that matter, even Iraqis prefer John McCain.

Barack Obama?

Not so much.

Update: Another veteran worries about Obama, calling him "Carter on steroids."

1 Our fighting men and women are smart. Great video, that I am afraid Democrats wouldn't understand.

2 Of course. Barney Frank (D-Fannie and Freddie) let the cat out of the bag when he said he wants to cut the military by 25%. Since a very large chunk of military expenditures are actually for payroll for the troops, that means that if Barack Appeasement Obama get into office, a lot of these people will lose their jobs. Somehow, I don't think that's the kind of unemployment that will bother the lefties.

4 I haven't made a video (rumors of being 'butt ugly' notwithstanding) - but this 24 year veteran has some similar sentiments, that I wrote about here.

5 My son is an active duty Marine (leaving for Afghanistan sometime in the next two weeks) and he told me he didn't know of ONE Marine who planned to vote for O!bama.

6 Funny, isn't it? The two things that John McCain's combat and POW experience should have qualified him for is to act as a leader on Veteran's and POW/MIA issues. He seems to have failed miserably in both repects as judged by organisations that really represent these groups. In fact it's not funny at all. A rather sad old man really.

That you talk about organizations that "really represent these groups." yet don't bother to name what orgs. these might be. I don't know about these alleged groups, but I do know that McCain has succeeded admirably as judged by the actual members of said groups, as 70% of military personell support McCain over Obama. In fact it's not funny at all. Just more sad old lying liberal propaganda, really.

8 A correction to my previous post This line: I don't know about these alleged groups Should be: I don't know about these alleged organizations
